“I can get where I need to go, and I feel good. I am stronger.”

Agustin Maldonado came to Solidago Health and Rehabilitation following a hospitalization that left him weakened and dependent on caregivers.

Upon admission, Agustin required caregivers to assist with tasks of daily living, repositioning in bed, transfers, and was unable to walk.  The amazing therapy team developed a custom therapy plan to address barriers limiting independence.

We are excited to share, Agustin is now needing less help from caregivers to complete tasks of daily living and has started walking with a rolling walker allow him to return home with family.
